Keiko is a Peruvian-Japanese photographer based in Salt Lake City, Utah. She grew up on the East Coast, in one of America's most ethnically diverse cities - Jersey City. Her upbringing helped her develop a love for cultures and diversity, making it a privilege for her to meet and work with people from different parts of the world.

I was born in Peru, but spent part of my childhood in Japan. When I was 6 years old, I moved to the United States and am now settled in the most beautiful state, Utah.
Since I was young, I always wished to be able to capture moments as the eye could see. I realized that the best way to do that was to pick up a camera, and try to capture moments that I could reminisce forever.
At 20, I photographed my first wedding and fell in love with it. The trust that is placed in me by the many wonderful people I work with is a privilege that I wholeheartedly treasure.
